Traditional room in annex building with separate toilet, shower and bathtube. Some hooks for towels and coats could be useful. Terrace in front of the room. Cleaning could be improved, e.g. fresh towels. Nice pool and welness area although a bit small for the whole hotel. Free parking. Huge breakfast on the beautiful terrace.

Incredible grounds, views, and spa. A must visit if you are travelling to this region. The building can be seen from far away as you drive to it, as it is on a hill overlooking the town. It is quite grand. It and its grounds are a sight: the tall tower, incredible architecture, surrounding vineyards, animals on the property, a stork nest on the top of the tower, and very nice decor are all extremely pleasant. The room was very comfortable and, of course, had an amazing view. Parking is easy. The hot tub in the spa is amazing - the best view I have ever had from a hot tub. The hamam, sauna, and pool are nicely maintained. 100% worth stopping to relax during your trip. The service is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff. Our only critique is that the bar is never staffed. We waited a while hoping someone would come by so we could order a drink before we finally gave up and left. The view is just so amazing - it would have been really nice to enjoy a cocktail. We absolutely loved our stay here and could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

Beautiful location and beautiful chateau. We have stayed here several times over the past few years during stopovers. Dinner and breakfast are very good, and dinner doesn't feel like a typical hotel meal, which is great. However, a notable negative aspect is that while the hotel is a Tesla destination charger location, the Tesla chargers no longer work. Instead, they have two regular power outlets where you can charge at a very slow speed. Therefore, the chateau is not ideal if you plan to stay for just one night, arrive with an empty battery, and need to continue driving the next morning. This is a pity, as all the other facilities are excellent, although some of the rooms are a bit outdated.

Le cadre est absolument magnifique. L'hôtel est sur un promontoire dominant Rouffach avec une vue splendide sur la plaine d'Alsace et la forêt noire. La chambre était pleine de charme, décorée avec goût. La salle de bains était correcte mais un peu ancienne. La durée du séjour étant courte, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des très nombreux transats du parc, à l'ombre avec une vue dans différentes directions. Repas délicieux, en terrasse couverte, avec une vue splendide. Nous avons testé d'excellents vins locaux bio produits juste à côté. Rouffach est pleine de charme et la ville est juste à côté de sites méritant le détour : abbaye de Murbach, Grand ballon.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits en amoureux au sein du château, et plus particulièrement au sein du pavillon Nantilde et avons fortement apprécié ce séjour. Points positifs : - Le cadre : EXCEPTIONNEL ! - La cuisine : SAVOUREUSE. Mention spéciale pour le menu jeunes gourmets qui est un excellent rapport qualité prix. - La gentillesse du personnel et plus particulièrement du Maître d’hôtel. - Le SPA : tellement appréciable d’y avoir accès une grande partie de la journée. Points négatifs : - L’accueil : peu chaleureux et non digne d’un 5 étoiles (accueil effectué par un Monsieur peu souriant / agréable…) - La chambre : très vieillotte et mal équipée (pas de prise dans la salle de bain, porte qui ferme avec beaucoup de mal, eau qui ne se vide pas dans la baignoire…) mais la literie est parfaite - le prix du petit déjeuner un peu trop élevé à notre goût… Malgré les petits points négatifs, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons ce château à tous. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Merci !!!!

Very nice hotel in a castle with a great breakfast (that is expensive and not included) and a Spa. The Spa is small but would be very nice, it just should be cleaned more often (especially windows and mirrors). The price for staying is absolutely fair but you have to consider that there is no breakfast or dinner included, which makes it cheaper.
