While location, cleanliness and comforts are great all around, it is the staff that set this Hampton Inn visit for me apart from all other Hampton Inns. It is my preferred hotel of choice, so have been in over 80. The welcome conversation with Nima and her offers to help find/print out were not only profession hospitality, but set the tone of friendly, as if welcoming family. She texted after a few minutes to see if I had all I needed in the room. When I passed the desk to leave for a bit she remembered my name. That same warmth, kindness and genuine interchange was repeated by Shelia at breakfast. She had a quiet way of attention to detailed cleaning of food stations, tables and floor when needed. She sweetly greeted guests, offering help and taking time to go the extra mile. Jordan, the afternoon and evening desk attendant was jovial, asked about my day and continued building that connected feeling of “home” upon my return. No one else was present so we chatted for a few minutes and was quick with recommendations for shopping, dining and country music nearby. In my four days at this Hampton these three have presented everything to uphold and reflect the Hilton brand!
