My family and I had a great stay as the room was clean and Beds were comfortable and cozy. Bonus was the full bottles of great quality body essentials that the hotel provided. When staying make sure to stop by breakfast buffet and visit Shelia. She was great, happy to have us and very accommodating making the experience superb.

Stayed here several times. Always a great stay. Shelia the breakfast attendant is fantastic. She always make sure everything is perfect and very clean. Nice comfortable room. Front desk staff always greets with a smile. I’ll stay here every visit to round rock Tx.

While location, cleanliness and comforts are great all around, it is the staff that set this Hampton Inn visit for me apart from all other Hampton Inns. It is my preferred hotel of choice, so have been in over 80. The welcome conversation with Nima and her offers to help find/print out were not only profession hospitality, but set the tone of friendly, as if welcoming family. She texted after a few minutes to see if I had all I needed in the room. When I passed the desk to leave for a bit she remembered my name. That same warmth, kindness and genuine interchange was repeated by Shelia at breakfast. She had a quiet way of attention to detailed cleaning of food stations, tables and floor when needed. She sweetly greeted guests, offering help and taking time to go the extra mile. Jordan, the afternoon and evening desk attendant was jovial, asked about my day and continued building that connected feeling of “home” upon my return. No one else was present so we chatted for a few minutes and was quick with recommendations for shopping, dining and country music nearby. In my four days at this Hampton these three have presented everything to uphold and reflect the Hilton brand!

We had a wonderful stay while venturing to witness the April 8th eclipse. The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. The staff was very friendly and Marc, in particular, was a joy to interact with and helped enrich our trip. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Round Rock!

We came down to round rock for a cheer comp! Our first morning we went down to breakfast and we were greeted by Shelia! Shelia helped me get waffles made for my kids, got them their juice, brought out coloring pages and crayons, and checked on us frequently! She was so nice and had a smile on her face all morning! Shelia definitely made the stay great!!

Shelia was a pleasure to see every morning. She always greeted us with a smile & did an excellent job. The breakfast, coffee & tea were good. Lots of options. If we needed anything she was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit far from where we were going in Austin and the first day there was lots of traffic, but the value for what we paid was great.

My family and I had a 5 day stay at this hotel for the eclipse. We like the easy access to the freeway and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. My son loved the waffles and the employees were so kind to him especially Marc! It was very noticeable that Marc enjoys what he does and makes the guests feel welcomed. We will definitely be back!
