room was absolutely dirty, wasn’t the right room to begin with

Like the kitchen and location.

At arrival they could not find my room so they had to get a manager there and they did not give me the bedroom i had booked because they said they were already full. My sister and i both did reservations before arriving and they had canceled hers without letting her know. There were also 2 men there, who i believe were family of the manager because they were grabbing items from the "store" they have available and did not pay for the items they took. The showers were horrible, they had paste on them from where they "fixed" it. The water was not very hot, and the faucet would've fell off if I would've kept using it. In the morning, while we were still sleeping the janitor walked into our room! Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

The manager here is the worst! We booked a room from Sunday to Friday and told them we were going to extend it til the next Friday after and they said it was fine and that to let them know Wednesday so they wouldn’t over book the room! Monday came and we got told we couldn’t book the room for another week so we called corporate and they had their wonderful employee there Kevin accommodate us for the next week (that’s what we thought!) when Friday came the manager proceeded to kick us out with no where to go and refused to give us cash back and told us she would refund the money but it’ll take days! Thank fully we got it within an hour but she literally wouldn’t help us find anywhere else or even help at all and became so rude! She allowed her meth head friend to stay in a free room too! He tried to set a car on fire while we were staying there and the cops had to be called! They took our money and then when her friend got in trouble kicked us out! We were told ihg had no right to intervene! The woman manager needs to be fired and she made us wait to check in until 4pm because the state had came I guess and we nicely accommodated them without rudeness! She is rude and disrespectful and needs the boot the whole staff does because most the rooms are taken up by maids and the staff! The hotel hallways stink constantly and the only pleasant thing about staying was the rooms are spacious! Fire her before she gets you a lawsuit! She claims to be learning to be a lawyer which is a lie!

The property is infested with roaches many of the rooms have non-functioning air conditioning and they do not clean the rooms was there for a week and the only thing I was able to get was clean towels that I had to recycle through the front desk myself the facilities are poor as well they have laundry on site where the dryers do not work.

It was old and dirty. Dishwasher was filled with every dish, used and with food caked on food. I don’t mind old and dirty but not for this price.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had (I travel a lot). My room had obviously had someone in it before me cooking fish or frying chicken. The room hadn’t been cleaned only, “made up”. Sheets were not clean and had hairs and smelled badly. The bathroom was disgusting. Advised front desk of this and they took 3 days to finally clean the room and change sheets. The whole place smells musty and bad. I was told to leave dirty towels outside of door and new ones would be brought in. Every 2 days I go down, ask for towels and they tell me the same thing. Refrigerator in the room sounds like a constant car crash happening and the water was only hot, no cold water. After all that they charged my incidentals credit card for the entire price of the room that was paid for in full thru *******.
