Front office was rude, when asked a question he blew up like I was crazy. All I asked was if the room was inside or out so I can park accordingly.
Got 2 rooms we had to change rooms because it smelled like urine all over the floor. Stay out of room 107.
Stepped out my husband was sleeping when I came back my key didn’t work I had to go downstairs to let them know. Went upstairs and it still didn’t work. It was 2am I was trying to avoid waking my husband.

Front Desk person Dan very rude and can not handle pressure when multiple people are checking in. The room needs some fixing and cleaning. No shampoo only conditioner in the room and the A/C sucks! Hotel stinks like mold so let's say this will be out last time we stay here!! They should be paying me to stay here.

I got a king size bedroom, when I arrived my "room" was not available so I got upgraded is what i was told. Room 414 this was the most terrible experience evene in my life. The room absolutely reeked!!!! of animal urine and fieses.
It really ruin the experience and reputation of "la quinta"
