First off, I understand that all hotels can't be updated, that's not why I am giving this hotel a poor rating. We were with a group that booked NINE rooms. It was the weekend of a volleyball tournament, so prices were doubled (which I know is the way it goes). Perhaps if it had been half the price, it wouldn't have been so bad. 1-There was no access to bottled water. Both vending machines were out of service. When we tried to call the front desk (assuming they had some to offer), the phone in the room didn't work (at all), so I had to search the number and call on my cell. When I did, he said the only option was to go get water from the gym water fountain. I also told him the phone didn't work, and there was zero response, so I assume he knew that. 2-On the same call, I asked how we get coffee since we used Saturday's but needed Sunday's and he said to come get it downstairs. No customer service. I decided to just go without. 3-We had to leave before 7am to get to the tournament. One of the ladies in the group I was with asked if she could grab something to take with her (It was about 10 minutes early), and she was told no. Seriously? 4-Lastly, one of the moms from the team had booked rooms for everyone. I called to move one room to my name. I told the man who answered that I could give him a card but it wouldn't be the one I was going to pay with, he said no problem. He said, just know that there will be $100 pending but it will go away. When I checked out, the lady there asked for my room and then said, "ok, you're checked out." I told her what I had discussed and she totally blew me off, and said she was sorry he told me wrong. Again, no customer service. Definitely would never return to this hotel again. I hope all Radissons aren't like this.
