I am out $172 for a room I did not use. Neither Trip.com or the hotel would not change my date. I called & they would not help me. Next, I reached out to trip.com. The hotel responded with they would not change the date.
Never will I use this hotel. Buyer beware. Not-our-problem attitude. Will not use trip.com again, either.

청결하고 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 메뉴가 많지는 않지만, 조식도 맛있었어요~ 월마트도 가까이 위치해 있어서 물건 사기 편리했어요~ 아쉬웠던 점은 에어컨 전원이 고장났는지 꺼지지 않아서.. 계속 에어컨이 작동을 해서.. 밤에 살짝 추웠어요. 그래도 가성비 좋은 호텔이라고 생각하며 추천합니다~

It was a comfortable stay. Conveniently located but the area seems sketchy. We arrived around midnight and there was nobody at the desk. We had to wait around for a while before we were able to check-in, which was frustrating because we called ahead. The hotel itself is clean and breakfast was good. It's just off the freeway with plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby.
