Hotel Deepti Courtyard

Horrible staff. They turn on the heat pump only at 5 AM in the morning. If you want to have a shower at any other point of time during the day, they will offer you HOT WATER IN BUCKET. Is this the service level of a star rated hotel? There was no complimentary water bottle in the room. BUILDING IS EXCELLENT. SERVICE IS PATHETIC. Arrogance of the staff including the so called GENERAL ***AGER is at all time peak. I travel all over the world and I have never seen such pathetic staff at a star rated property.

It was a n excellent place and value for money. Rooms were very spacious and location is also great. Food service was good, reception service was good and people at the front desk were very helpful. Wifi service was also good.

Have stayed for a day . The property is extremely good and the cleanliness is very good.Rooms have proper lighting and are very comfortable.Food is good and Staff is very courteous and helpful.Recommended for a good stay in Rourkela.👍

Good hotel in this part of odisha. Probably one of the best in western odisha. Very clean,spic and span toilets and decent staff made our stay a good one. We went here for a wedding and all the food preparations were lip smacking. The wedding venue called palki was beautiful with nice green settings. Good place to stay with family or for business trips. I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and decor.
