Mayfair Rourkela

Room was neat and clean. Service was good, staffs were very polite and professional. Food was good. Nice property, would recommend for friends and relatives. Front Office Service serive Rajsh Patra was good and friendly

Pleasant stay, beautiful premises, contemporary design, must see their paintings and statutes, delicious food. Must visit their small temple. The best thing about the hotel is its interiors ***** with quality services.

Stayed here for one night during my recent official visit to Rourkela. Arrived close to midnight and left by morning 9, so it was a really short visit. The hotel looks really nice with an inviting pool. Rooms are huge and have the typical Mayfair standards/amenities – although I could not get my AC working, but since it was November, didn’t really need it. The breakfast though was really great and they had quite a spread. Compared to other Mayfair properties around the world, it is relatively cheap and I am not sure if there are any other comparable properties in Rourkela. So if you are visiting Rourkela and looking for a good place to stay, you can’t go wrong with Myfair Rourkela.

I have been a frequent guest to Mayfair Rourkela .My husband and me visit Rkl for work .My latest stay at the property was very good . I travelled solo and had the best experience at the Mayfair .The hospitality is outstanding ..special mention to Ms. Ekta for her warm care throughout my stay..it is unforgetable...amenities are v good and food is top notch .Looking forward to visit soon .

It pleasure to visit MaFair Hotels & Resorts. The staff is courteous, helpful and supportive. Ambiance is excellent. Poolside. Super snack and the breakfast is very good. At the reception Ms. Ekta Mohanty is very cool, helping and always pleasant. She supported even though my card declined 2-times. Thank you so much Ekta ji. Pravin Padgal

Hotel ambiance is very good, but there is a lady at reception named ms. Ekta her behaviour is very rude,, she don't know talk line of front desk. I totally disappointed with her behaviour.. but other things are good 👍. Food also good 👍

Hello Mayfair team. I stayed at Mayfair Rourkela for four nights. I had booked a suite. My checkin at the hotel was at midnight. The process was very smooth and the hotel details were shared very nicely at the reception by Mr Rajesh Patra. The room was very nice and big with all the amenities required by a guest. It had a guest area with a sofa set, a King bed with cosy mattress and comforters. The bathroom was huge with a closet in it. Breakfast was complimentary served at “Tandoor restaurant”. The spread was very good comprising of continental options, types of juices and milkshakes, cut fruits, Indian options of Puri and aloo, Chole Bhature, Aloo paratha, Idli with chutney and sambar. Non vegetarian options had fish, chicken and eggs to order. Dosa options to order available daily. I had the privilege of dining at the restaurant multiple times. The team was eager to customise options as per your needs. I wanted to relish on Odia cuisine and the team was always helpful to provide me all I wanted despite not there in the menu. Food was tasty and sumptuous. Special thanks to the Pramod’s team taking care of all the needs and service with a smiling face. The security team at the gates welcomed guests with a smiling face any time of the day. House keeping was good. The greenery within the premise great, the Bar and the Coffee shop had what you wanted. We did not use any other facilities at the property. The team at the reception were always helpful. My stay was very good. I will come again and stay at this property.
