Iets ouder hotel, vlakbij de snelweg. Maar goede kamers en prima ontbijtbuffet. Geen kamers met tussendeur, maar als je het vraagt krijg je wel kamers naast elkaar

Les prestations de cet hôtel d’une ancienne génération ne sont pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Des chambres correctes mais qui ont besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement au vu du prix demandé.. et la robinetterie… qui existe depuis au moins un temps que les moins de 30 ans ne peuvent pas connaître… le petit déjeuner, n’en parlons pas.. c’est simplement du vol entre le prix et ce qui est proposé… pensez aux clients et envisagez des travaux plutôt que de dire à chaque message… « désolé, j’en prends note.. ».. bref préférez l’ibisstyle à côté.. moins cher et pas moins désagréable..

Gwenn, Abdel and the whole team are simply very attentive and kind. Our room was very nice and fresh, the breakfast: various and delicious, the lobby and the dining area: very stylish and pleasant. Retour dans cet hôtel après 5 ans. Accueil souriant. Lobby réaménagé et de bon gout. Chambre propre aux standards Novotel mais mériterait un "coup de jeune". Nous avions une chambre supérieure avec petit déjeuner, nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de sortie de bain et d'eau à disposition. Pour l'eau la politique de l'établissement est une fontaine située au RDC. Je comprends, mais pourquoi ne pas proposer pour les chambres supérieures des bouteilles réutilisables,? Je tiens à souligné que le staff est agréable. Nous n'étions pas sur d' être à l'heure pour le petit déjeuner et l'équipe avait accepté de basculer ce montant vers le brunch afin de ne régler que la différence. C'est appréciable.

Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont rénovées et très agréables (entrée, bar, restaurant, terrasse). Les chambres méritent en revanche d’être franchement rénovées. Il n’est pas possible de baisser la température dans les chambres (pas de clim), la nuit était donc chaude et peu reposante en cette période de canicule, dommage pour ce prix.
Restaurant de bonne qualité (dîner et petit déjeuner).

Nice hotel, small swimming pool, games for kids, friendly staff and good beds. One of the better hotels we've stayed at on the road.
