The place is absolutely beautiful, only few steps from Ounasvaara Ski Resort. The Chalet was really good and cosy with amazing views from the windows and balcony. Our private Chalet had a second bedroom which we didn’t use as my daughter and myself preferred the first floor. We loved having our own sauna in the bathroom, great addition to relax and we enjoyed it sooo much! Breakfast was excellent with great selection, we loved the waffle maker! Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent, not far from the airport, city centre, and Santa Claus Village. Overall, perfect Chalet, we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a great time!

The whole hotel has a very good environment. There are ski resorts nearby and a sauna by the river. I saw many people swimming by the river and taking a sauna. It was very comfortable! The room is okay, but not big. The breakfast in the hotel is rich and delicious!

Chalets surrounded by nature, well looked after and welcoming! To reach the main building with reception and restaurant we had to walk for a while because our chalet was the furthest away, but still a pleasant walk of a few minutes. Excellent breakfast!! The only flaw is that there is no housekeeping service during the stay, cleaning is done only after check-out. For the center of Rovaniemi you need to take a taxi, the cost is around €18 each way. I would stay here again!

This beautiful chalet was a perfect addition to our romantic getaway in Lapland. The chalet was equipped with everything needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and distance beautiful chalets was perfect giving enough space for privacy. The breakfast area was great as well. We never eat at the restaurant due to bringing our own food in. The customer service provided by the bar was excellent and they make a great hot chocolate.

The chalets are old, small and not practical (no sufficient storage, no double bed, etc.). Although our arrival was planned for after midnight, no welcome procedure was planned. Definitely not worth the price!
