Very good hotel, only a few rooms, very design, very beautiful. Going out for a minute and going to the beautiful bay, this is a great place to watch the sunset. The rooms are fully equipped, but the electric kettle and toothpaste toothbrush need to be provided. The breakfast variety of the hotel is not so delicious, but the taste is very good. The hotel service was in place, the room was cleaned up in time, the hotel owner met us with a warm handshake and asked about the feeling of staying. When we arrived and left the hotel, the waiter sent us to the bus station with a battery car. Every service link can be professionalized. In addition, free travel requires basic oral English communication skills, which is very important.

The landlord lived nearby and called him in advance. He said he would contact him after arriving. The room is the same as the picture. On the third floor, it is relatively tidy, but there is only a coffee machine, two cups of coffee are provided for free, no kettle and hair dryer. I would give this a ”very good” for the property as it was nice and nicer than I expected. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and a really nice big balcony. I was there out of season so couldn't fully appreciate the balcony, but it was a nice outdoor space. What wasn't so good was the check-in process. I booked through **********, and on none of the communications was the name of the rental people (I forget their name now but it began with an A). I duly communicated or tried to communicate through ********** as requested. I explained that I was driving from Zagreb and would let them know when I landed so they knew when to expect me. At that point they made me aware that I would need to go to the office of the rental agency and then be taken to the property. It was dark by the time I arrived and the gateway was right off a main road onto a one way street, having been in the country 4 hours on my own in a hire car, this was not helpful. They didn't respond to the messages through ********** but had at no point given me their direct details which would have helped greatly. Eventually I had to phone a Croation phone number from my English phone (don't know what that's cost me) to be quite rudely asked ”where you are you then ? Did you not follow the instructions”. Which, yes I had, I just didn't know if I was in the right place or not. The chap was out delivering another couple to thir property and he told me to wait and he would come back for me. Which he duly did. I left the car at their office that first night as the parking was unclear. However the next day I was able to park near the property, so that was good. They would have come and got me again on checkout day if my car was at theirs. This did negatively impact my initial first impressions - when I said that if I had been given a bit more info it would have been fine and the chap said I should have googled it ?? But googled what ? The process works, but it would be so much better if everyone knew what was happening. I was then given their watsapp number, which is their phone number, but again, you only know that if you know ! THat made it much easier and I was able to message as I checked out. So, the property was nice, its a great location. I don't want to sound negative, but things need to be clearer - especially when using third party platforms.

This is a small, modern and beautiful hotel that is nicer and better than its own pictures in their website suggest. It is even better located than what we guessed seeing a map. The old town (beautiful!) is a ten to fifteen minutes walk, and the beach (stony) is a ten minutes walk in the opposite direction. The room and bathroom were very nice. Breakfast was excellent, with vey good quality items. Very nice pool. Parking is on the street adjacent to the hotel, but we could find a spot upon arrival. Rovinj is absolutely worth a visit!

Dinner is good, breakfast is good, the room is clean enough, the beach behind the hotel is very comfortable, the main town of Rovinj is too beautiful, you can consider staying here for two consecutive nights, the parking is free, you need to walk for 5 minutes, suitable for children, floor The pool and the outdoor pool are very good, it is recommended to go

Third time at this hotel and we still LOVE it!!! It's designed for young families, to perfection. It's not cheap, but what you get are gorgeous rooms, top class service, amazing food (not repetitive, even over 2 weeks). And a kids club that is out of thir world. It's like all the fun bits of school in a safe and secure environment with highly qualified staff. We caught the road train into the town, which is also beautiful. We also did a few other activities, olive oli tasting at Cadenela and the medieval theme park, both amazing. The camp site next door has had a LOT of investment and more to come that looks very exciting. Even on a rainy day, which we had a couple in 2 weeks, there is still plenty to do. Indoor swimming is big enough to accommodate everyone. The staff and can't do enough for you, they really make this place special.
