I got up early and took the baby to row around the island after the tide was low, and got stranded on a large trailing beach nearby. During the day, I could let my mind wander in the hammock or go snorkeling on the island; at night, I waited until the baby fell asleep. I snuggled up on the beach chair with my child's father and watched the starry sky under the ball screen, with shooting stars shooting across from time to time.

The journey is tiring and quite tiring. It takes at least 2.5 hours from Puerto Princesa Airport to their designated meeting point, opposite the pier. It takes about an hour to take their boat to the island from the pier. The facilities on the island are relatively simple, and power is only available from 6 pm to 7 am the next day.
