The payment method of the parking lot is not very clear. After staying for 2 days, I don’t know how to pay. The hotel staff‘s explanation is not very clear and needs to be improved.

Mobile phone reception in the area is very poor which means no signal inside the hotel. I was advised by receptionist to use the free wifi for calling but the wifi was very poor and not capable of being used calling.

When we first arrived 10/5/24 no staff were present I then found a staff member called George he was not helpful at all and very rude. My question to him was simple but he couldn’t help me I later returned around 11.30pm and it seemed there had been a staff swap over the two girls were great and helped immediately with what I needed

The hotel was met with a high standard as the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was just as I expected it to be where I could rest myself from work and relax to my own content. Look forward to my next visit.

Good way - easy to find - Good sleep except and unfortunately the windows can't be open - And may be more informations for diner (kids menu knows at the end of the time)

Needed somewhere local to family for a funeral, this fitted the bill perfectly. Staff were excellent and hotel was well situated, clean and comfortable. We ate over the road at the Turkish restaurant as we have been past many times but nob tried it, it was excellent.

Stayed with friends for a night to visit another friend who had recently moved. The hotel was the perfect base and we had a lot planned during the days. It was a 15 minute walk to the train station. Staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful.

Good check in experience. Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room with large bed. Nice breakfast. Good location for us as attending a wedding party nearby. Parked on nearby road for free as car park expensive. Would recommend this hotel.

Overall the room was very clean and everything I expected but was not happy that an additional charge was made for parking which in actual fact made it an expensive room for the night at a cost of an e yea £10 not good
