For the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. At dinner the food is very good but the waiting times are very long.

Stayed as husband was taking part in the London Marathon. Although very busy, the staff were exceptionally well organised, friendly and efficient.

Great hotel all round would definitely stay here again. The staff were outstanding and the food was of exceptionally high quality.

Great location. Hotel as expected for a premier Inn. Only issue was a constant humming noise from what I assume is the hotels air con/heating system. I was on floor 5 & a friend was on floor 1 we both heard it all night long. Attached to a Beefeater for breakfast.

The staff was amazing and respectful. the local and fellow bookers were also respectful. The rooms were cleaned to the max, the food they offered was cooked perfectly. Have absolutely no complaints at all. The staff made my experience 10/10, the reception was always available to all of us and were in general satisfied with our experience. Definitely 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

The staff was amazing and polite , and they were enjoyable to talk to. The beds were amazing to sleep in and very comfortable , I had a lovely cup of coffee , very sweet and yummy , and I also had a lovely hot shower , the food at the restaurant is splendid and also yummy.
