During my 10-day stay, I asked for housekeeping, but only received one.
But overall, the accommodation was clean and the facilities were very good.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was beyond expectations.

A well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay

Very close to the train. Not such a nice part of town. Very clean room and nice hotel staff. Comfortable bed.

I had a side bedroom that would have slept three. It was immaculate - 5 mins from Deptford Station - I'd book it again

Stayed here for 2 nights last month for Olivia’s concert, nice and spacious room. However, hairdryer and shower isn’t working so I had to use the bathtub instead. It’s so disappointing! considering the price, it’s not worth it. Wish I stayed somewhere else.

All the staff we encountered were very lovely and friendly. Rooms were i perfectly clean, neat and comfortable. Good access to the DLR just around the corner!

We stayed two nights here, reception was efficient and friendly - room was excellent, well equipped and very clean - a really nice surprise and in keeping with the beautiful surroundings of Greenwich. Will definitely come again. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely including Evett she was extremely helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for us. The food in the hotel was really nice and extremely quick once we had ordered. I had children with me and it’s a great family hotel
