The location was great but I was extremely disappointed in the size of the room. The room I got was miniscule compared to some of the other rooms I had seen in the pictures- especially when you consider how much I was paying.
Also there is no physical customer help desk at the property, we needed to message the person via SMS and response times were often very slow.

Warwick Street Studios cancelled our booking on the day we were due to arrive due to a water leak. Since then, we have been trying to get a refund as we had paid in full with no success. They just ignore any message sent and think they are entitled to keep the booking funds without supplying the apartment. Strongly advise you do not use them even if they quote a cheap price
