Travelodge The Regent Hotel Leamington Spa Hotel

Booked for a 1 night stay on a work trip. When I arrived to check in there were no rooms left, and no contact had been made to let me know. Once I got over the nasty shock (it was 10pm, I was in a town I do not know with nowhere to stay) I did offer some feedback that perhaps starting with an apology might have been better customer service. We can all appreciate that sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances - in this case apparently the heavy rain was causing issues in some rooms - but I find it inexcusable that they had not contacted me to let me know. Based on my experience I would not recommend this hotel.

Free disabled parking virtually outside the door. In the centre of town with bars and many restaurants a few steps away. Great shopping.

Excellent big room with original features, very clean and fresh and large comfortable bed with bath and shower options. Beautiful stained glass windows on the staircase. Very helpful gentleman on reception first thing in the morning very knowledgeable about the local area

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Travelodge Regent Hotel. The reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and the room was clean and contained everything I needed. The hotel is excellently located on The Parade in the centre of Leamington Spa, about a 10 minute walk from the railway station. I look forward to staying at the Regent Hotel again when I'm back in Leamington.

It was convenient and reasonably priced for an overnight stay. The reception staff was pleasant. The room was satisfactory, however no toiletries supplied except a hand soap dispenser, only 1 hand and 1 bath towel supplied ( there were 2 of us) the coffee pods weren't labelled so unsure what we were getting. And just one hot chocolate sachet, we had to ask for more milk too.

room not cleaned because I did not display a notice on my door, but no notice in room and no-one advised me of this when I arrived.
