Went here and wondered why all the other guests were shabby, surly and seemed to hang around smoking all the time. Turns out this is also a homeless hostel. Some of the guests were loud at night. The kind of a**osphere I'd expect from a £20 a night youth hostel in a city.

I spent an hour locked out of the front of the hotel at 9am with all of my belongings still in there. Absolute joke do not stay here I tried calling every number And no one came I missed a work trip becuase of this joke
