Réservation faite pour une chambre familiale dans un hôtel face à la mer à Pontaillac.
Nous sommes retrouvés à l’autre bout de royan dans une maison d’hôtes avec 2 chambres même pas communiquantes…

Excellent hôtel.tres propre amabilité de tout le personnel. Chambre supérieure vue mer très bien . Très bien insonorisée avec tout le confort.literie belle qualité et surtout propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié .très bon accueil au moment et au fur et a mesure du service..

Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Chambre correcte, bonne literie. Par contre, la salle de bains n'est vraiment pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. Carrelage fendu, en mauvais état et franchement ne faisant pas très propre. Equipée d'une baignoire, ce qui n'est vraiment pas confortable ni sécurisant. Mériterait vraiment une rénovation pour être en adéquation avec les tarifs pratiqués.

Hôtel très sympathique qui s'éloigne des standards des chaînes hôtelieres classiques pour proposer quelque chose de moins aseptisé. Emplacement idéal. Personnel très agréable. Attention : parking trop petit donc il n'y pas de place pour tout le monde.

The staff were lovely, especially Caroline who was English but lived in France. A little gift for our anniversary was very kind. The room was small but beautifully decorated and had all we needed

First class location on the sea front. Well decorated rooms and public areas. Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A jacket was accidentally left in the wardrobe and it was immediately posted to us.

Nous occupions la chambre 41 au rdc, chambre petite avec petit lit pas confortable pour un long séjour. Située très exactement au dessus des poubelles qui sont collectées entre 4 et 5h du matin! A cela s'ajoute le bruit de la rue et des fêtards. Si on ferme la fenêtre on entend malgré tout car le double vitrage n'est pas efficient et on a chaud car il n'y a pas de clim! Sinon très propre et déco marine. Excellent accueil sympathique

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement en famille 2 nuits La literie est parfaite et les chambres très propres .l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait juste à traverser et on se retrouve les pieds dans l'océan

Nous avons été bien reçu, de la même façon que lors de la réservation par telephone,bon accueil et bon services. La chambre était exactement la même que sur le site internet de l'hôtel. Notre était face à la plage ce qui était très agréable pour admirer le couché et le levé du soleil.
