Excellent surroundings, elevated above the road, a river nearby. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We had no needs that were not met. Rooms were very nice. Meals were excellent, and there was plenty of coffee with breakfast. We had the feeling we might just be part of the family.

We stayed at the lodge as part of a tour visiting the area. Such a pleasure at the end of a long day! The food was good and the service excellent. Ian and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. It was clean, comfortable, homey and relaxing.

Ian and Suzanne were friendly and hard working. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very peaceful. We had a spacious room and enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners there.
It’s in a picturesque area.
The downside was, no lift and our room was on the second floor.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights with the tour group- Great Rail Journey. There were 25 of us including the tour manager. It was a really pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and good size. We could adjust our own radiator to our liking. Suzanne and Ian were lovely hosts. Service was excellent. Couldn’t fault a thing. Breakfast was very adequate and prompt service after ordering. Each dish at dinner time came out piping hot. Restaurant quality food each night and very well presented. Dessert was amazing and I don’t usually eat dessert. I highly recommend this hotel. The only negative which isn’t their fault is the patchy internet connection due to its location surrounded by hills and mountains.

The Glen Spean Lodge has a beautiful location and a wonderful decoration in stylish Scottish manner. Rooms are large and pretty comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Generous bar and hall spaces. Good breakfast.Personal friendly service.Two problems need improvement. Floors can be accessed only by stairs (no elevator in a historic building - so carrying luggage should be offered. The wi-fi coverage is poor and unreliable. This can and sshould be fixed,

Absolutely fantastic place, the hotel is stunning with amazing grounds, very well maintained inside and out…. From a warm welcoming at the reception area, to great bar area with a good choice of whiskeys and Ales, relax in big chesterfield chairs for comfort, stunning gardens views, they have a great team, Staff were excellent! very friendly and great service. This hotel has beautiful gardens and amazing food, would recommend for that extra special retreat 10/10.

Precioso hotel!! Tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien cuidado y decorado. Los trabajadores, encantadores. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, con un gusto exquisito. Los exteriores muy bonitos también. Vistas maravillosas. Todo muy bien cuidado. Daban ganas de qued**** todo el día en su salón o en el porchecito mirando las montañas y los pájaros. Lo único, la cocina..lo siento mucho pero la gastronomía no es destacable en el reino unido. Ofrecen diversos platos...pero ya habiendo probado la forma en que cocinan...me decanto por pizza o hamburguesa con patatas.

I spent two nights in this nice lodge. About twenty minutes from Fort William by car. Nice location, especially the garden is very nice with the possibility, finally, to see the famous red squirrel, but also different birds. The owners are very kind, especially Ian is professional, but at the same time, friendful. Why a score of 3?! Because in my opinion the room is overpriced for the amenties (only 1 body wash for 4 people is really poor) and the space. Very clean ++. The breakfast is good, but the noise for the toast machine is boring. Finally, in a so nice lodge, plastic table in the restaurant are ugly.
