A fuir! ARNAQUE ! Ils sont complètement perdu. On a appelle 2h avant sur le trajet pour prévenir de notre arrivé, le gérant nous a confirmé la réservation mais arrivé sur place tout était complet. Ils nous ont laissé dehors en rejetant la faute sur autrui avec des propos incohérents. On a sonné plusieurs fois à la porte, on voyait toujours la silhouette mais il ne prenait pas la peine d’ouvrir. Au bout d’une heure les gérants sont ressortis pour nous dire qu’ils avaient annulé la réservation, j’ai essayé de leurs dire qu’ils ne pouvaient pas laissé les gens dehors comme ça (je précise que c’était un week end de 4 jours donc tous les hôtels autour étaient complets) mais ils m’ont fermé la porte au nez avant que je finisse ma phrase. Au vu des autres commentaires ce n’est pas la première fois, ce sont 2 gros arnaqueurs, pas un pour rattraper l’autre, très ébêté on en aurait presque eu de la peine.
