20 euros d'entrée par jour, le mangé est devenue mauvais et le personnel donne l'impression de pleurer toute la journée, pas de bonjour quand vous arrivez, en faite c'est tellement snob que vous n'etes rien ! allez ailleur !

If you need to stay for a poker tournemnet, obviously it's handy to be able to go back to the room during breaks. Thats the only good point, the location. Otherwise if you want to pay 300 Euro for a so called 5 star Hotel, which doesn't even include breakfast. The room was small, and either the cleaners or other staff were smoking in a nearby staff room which the smell came through the air vents. Having complained at the reception The receptionist just smiled (almost laughing), saying that's not good. I left it at that as I could see there was no positive response or outcome from the staff member. I like the resort as a poker room and it's well organised in that respect, but the Hotel part is a waste of time and money. Plenty of better and cheaper alternatives for overnight stays.

Goede kamers. Ontbijt lunch en diner in buffet. Heel basic. Mogelijkheid om a la carte te eten. Dit hotel is deel van het ******. Is dan enkel hierop gestoeld. Wellness beperkt maar ok. Prijzen vooral tijdens weekends te duur. Voor pokerspeler the. Place to be.

Junggesellenabschied mit ******tour. Die Pro- und Contraliste zum ******hotel gibts wie immer folgend: + Lage direkt im ****** + gemütliches Zimmer + faire Übernachtungspreise + für 10€ pro Besuch kann man rund um die Uhr an einem Buffet essen + kostenfreie Parkplätze + ******flair mit goldener Einrichtung ständig gegeben - verdreckte Zimmerfenster - Zimmer doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Duschkopf schlecht, da nur schwer verstellbar - eher unfreundliches/abgehobenes Personal - SPA Bereich ist ein Witz: 15€ Eintritt + 10 € pro angefangene Stunde absolute Frechheit, für das, was geboten wird - Pool im SPA viel zu kalt - zu wenig Liegen im SPA Bereich - Bett für meine Geschmack zu weich und Kissen zu groß Wenn es wieder ins ****** geht, dann werde ich wieder das Hotel wählen, aber auf einen Aufenthalt im SPA-Bereich verzichten. ;)

Wir haben über das Kings ein 2 Sterne zimmer gebucht. Wir benötigten sowieso nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen weil wir Tagsüber sowieso komplett ausser Haus waren.. Unsere Zimmer lagen etwa 800m vom ****** entfernt in einem alten Fachwerkhaus was an sich auch nicht schlimm gewesen wöre jedoch konnte man nachts kein Auge zu machen so dermaßen Hellhörig sind die Zimmer. 2 Sterne heisst in diesem Fall Gemeinschaftsdusche auf dem Gang. Ständiges türengeschepper der Eingangstür des Hauses die Nacht durch lässt einen keine Stunde am Stück durchschlafen. Die zimmer an sich waren aber Sauber

I send 3 mails to the reservation service without any answer to my request, the lady Eva is really junior and not done for this job.Is this hotel a 5 stars or a 4 stars hotel or just a 2 stars hotel?Youbcan ask yourself with such a service.I think I will forget the Kings hotels for a while.

Rooms are nicely furnished, but getting old... Incredibly loud when you want to sleep. Breakfast and the quality of the food in the large restaurant and the service leave much to be desired. Bad-tempered employees and many who do not understand a word of German or English. We won't be going there again.
