I regularly stay at the RMH during my visits to Modena and was recently there for a week. The staff is just outstanding across the board - front desk (Nando and Fabiana) quick to offer a hand, offer and espresso, or point out a local attraction or restaurant. But speaking of which, the hotel restaurant is very solid if you don't feel like stepping out. I went top to bottom on the menu and did not find a single weak dish. Tanto di cappello (tip of the hat) to Bernardo and Alessandro for fast efficient service. RMH may not be in center city, but if you want conveniences like air conditioning, good gym and the like, it is a great value.

We arrived late, and without a booking, after a difficult journey. The hotel was welcoming, the restaurant was excellent, the beds very comfortable with smooth monogrammed sheets! and the gardens pleasant for a morning stroll. There is also a pool. A very good hotel, can't recommend too highly. 'Old fahioned' in the very best sense.

The next day, I still arranged an upgraded room. I can have a 10% discount in the hotel restaurant, and the front desk provides me with a free location for meetings with customers. All the staff are very polite and kind.

Hotel near Campogaliano Castle, therefore very practical for the use of the motorway. In addition to the national dishes, of course. Perhaps the only thing that is that the rooms are separated from the restaurant/breakfast, so you have to go outdoor and cross a garden/parking of a decade of meters, perhaps in winter or with rain is not the best. However, positive experience
