A very comfortable clean and friendly hotel, the staff were very helpful, the room were clean, The restaurant was if a high standard . There was a good selection for breakfast and dinner was good every evening.

This hotel is desperately in need of renovation. Our room, 603, was very cold, the radiator was hot at the top but cold at the bottom, the host was very rude and aggressive to us when we asked for a heater, he shouted at my wife in German and when she said she didn't understand he said "well learn German!" I have travelled all over Germany working and on holiday I have never been treated so badly, Germans are usually very eager to please. Food was poor, cheap and tasteless.

Dit hotel midden in het centrum is heel gezellig en knus . Zeer schoon en de bedden zijn goed. Alleen zou ik me eigen kussen meenemen. De mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt buffet uitgebreid , vers en lekker. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer naartoe gaan .

Right in the heart of Ruedesheim. The only problem is parking is far away and you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Not handicap accessible. Breakfast was great and room was nice.

Buchen sie niemals das Zimmer mit der Nummer 2, wenn sie nachts schlafen möchten. Es liegt direkt über der Küche und unentwegt ein Trafo-Brummen zu hören, in der Nacht schaltet sich auch noch ein zweites Gerät ein, so dass sie glauben, ein alter Kühlschrank steht neben ihrem Zimmer. Die Küchen-Crew fängt unter ihnen um 6:30 Uhr an und dann… Von den Hoteliers ist er sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Sie ist das genaue Gegenteil und nur freundlich bei den routinierten Alltagsbegrüßungen. Sollten sie aber berechtigte Probleme haben, ist sie sich um keine noch so sinnfreie Ausrede und Unterstellung verlegen. Es entsteht deutlich der Eindruck, dass sie dem Gastgewerbe überdrüssig geworden ist. Das Frühstück kann man nur lobend erwähnen.
