Exellent location and the beds, the room , bathrooms were clean. Quite and lot of parking , only issue eas wiffi network signal was poor in room. Didn't work.

The room was tidy. The staff were polite.The beds were also comfortable .The breakfast was lovely.I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast because there was so many options to choose from.

After reading negative reviews on here about the Citrus Hotel, I thought it only fair to say how good a dtay we had. Very polite welcoming staff, great spacious twin room and lovely breakfast, where nothing was too much trouble. Dated.. ..a little but very clean.

Stayed here last night it was ok. The room was very dated and had tape keeping the lampshade together. It also had odd damp patches on the carpet. Reception was friendly enough, and bar prices were a bit steep for the hotel. I would say my room number 18 even though it was quiet every time the person above me turned the water or shower on it made the pipes under me make a horrendous noise so maybe that could be looked into .

One room (booked 3) had dirty bed and used towels on floor of bathroom - not offered new room just fresh towel

Very convenient for location and road transport, but this hotel looks dated now and could do with a refurbishment. Nice staff.

I had a 2 night stay at Citrus Hotel. It’s cheap and cheerful (not that cheap) but on the second night, I realised that the sheets, on the not so comfy bed, we’re mouldy!!
The manager wasn’t available in the morning so I left my details and was told they would call me about it.
They haven’t, hence why I am posting this review.
