Extremely poor room decor. Pillows thin as Asda basics. No room service after 21:30 as kitchen closes. Thanks for the night

Staff and hotel was amazing not badley priced for drinks or food rooms clean and comfortable over all amazing experience would definitely use again breakfast lovely lots to choose from green phone to call taxis Starbucks coffee. Free parking.

Florin was extremely kind and helpful ! Bar was about to close and he kept it open for another extra 20 minutes so me and my family could get farewell drinks ! Food was served almost at 03:00am ! Unbelievable! Loved the service ! I can truly recommend the place ! Big thanks to Florin who made our stay unforgettable!

We use the Mercure for our sales meetings every quarter and the service we receive is always very good. Aleksandra from the Mercure team has looked after us for the last 4 meetings and she does a wonderful job. Very attentive and goes that extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. She is the main reason we keep coming back.

Comfortable and well attended too. I found the staff attentive and very helpful. I was served by Kim Woodcock at dinner in the evening and she helped make the evening pass very well and the whole experience enjoyable.
