I attended a conference at the hotel and the facilities are great. The rooms are spacious,the food is also good and I would recommend it if you are planning a conference in a quiet location.Great staff to assist you throughout the conference.

Had a short stop over on our way to Volcanoes National Park in Kiningi, magnificent structure. Had a drink at their palm thatched bar overlooking the clean swimming. Planning to bring my family there in December.

The hotel is improving quality of services and most importantly provide the very basic information to guests including the weather board. This hotel has a vegetarian food with some ingredient fresh from its farm. Safety standards are displayed just at the reception where everyone can see and read. Thank you for the service.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The ambience in the room was awesome.Enjoyed the food the pool is nice though I did not get chance to swim due to heavy rains. Had opportunity to interact with staff and noted the fact that their expertise and experience is unmatched. At this hotel they work as a family and willing to go extra mile to ensure I was comfortable.

It was nice to stay there because of there good customer care and it was also near the Muzase caves where we went for our touring the next morning. It was also a really cool place to spend time at. I recommend anyone to stay there.

If you want to stand in the mold and take a cold shower, this is the place to be. The effort of the management is that you are offered another room, which a fellow traveler has just rejected as unacceptable. Also a kind of room exchange. Towels are not responded to even after complaining twice. But at least we were lucky enough to have a toilet seat, others sat on the ceramic. This hotel should be closed due to health reasons.
