Staff are always awesome! Especially Ms. Ruthie. She always has superior customer service! Rooms are pretty dated, hopefully updates are coming soon. Breakfast and bar service were good. Staff are always nice and friendly I will be back.

Very nice hotel. We did have to borrow the vacuum from a maid to clean the carpet. There was a cookie laying in the hallway the whole time we have been here. The breakfast was a really nice surprise. Great variety and really good.
Amenities were really nice. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms stink and are outdated maids don’t clean properly dirt and dust on lights holes in carpet trash beside dressers used water bottles in room. Bathrooms need repairs on walls they are cracks. The pool was nice. Hotel looks nice from outside that’s it but inside is old.

The service is top notch. The pool area, grounds, amenities also top notch. The room size and features are fantastic! The small things need work. The pull out bed was barely functioning. Was dirty underneath the couch. The dishwasher leaked water all over the floor when we tried to run it. Neither the back sliding door or bathroom door lock worked. We will defintely be back, but a walk through of the rooms over time, may e couple rooms a day, just check to make sure everything works. Thanks!

We will not stay anywhere else in Ruidoso! Beautiful, clean, wonder staff and atmosphere!
