This was a wonderful experience, turned out way better than expected. Their customer service was topnotch, Diedre the waitress big up yourself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. True definition of professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The nightly entertainment definitely had a buzz. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout the hotel. From the complimentary bottled water and juices in the room to the concierge calling to check up on how our stay was going so far. It was clear that the hotel genuinely cared about its guests. I would highly recommend the Jewel Paradise Cove Resort and Spa in Runaway Bay St. Anns to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I am definitely planning to return soon along with my friends.

Jewel Paradise Cove was a great stay as we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. The best part of the trip was from Janice at the main large pool bar. My husband and I waited for her shift to start and when her shift ended it was like the party was over. Being in the customer and F&B service, I know great customer service when I experience it. Janice’s level of professionalism and customer service would be the main reason to come back to this location. Ms Janice should be training the other servers and bartenders whose level of service were not up to a resort standard. When a guest pays to get away an enjoy themselves there should be quality service. The main buffet service is very odd. It takes 20 minutes to get Tea or coffee and you can’t find a server so you end up asking someone else who isn’t in your section. The jester court service on our first day was great food fantastic! We went back on the 3rd day and the service was horrible food still great. The server was rude. Janice Walters made our entire trip simply by providing genuine top level customer service and making Jamaica feel like a home away from home. We also had an amazing massage on the resort it is a must! Thank you Jewel Paradise Cove for allowing Janice to be what we and many other guest felt was your main attraction in making us feel special. We will back this year to see Janice! Sorry it took me so long to post the review!

Beautiful Getaway Location; top notch scenery and variety of activities. Truly Paradise Cove, a relaxing and fun atmosphere for Adults , a large variety of Food , but some restaurants are a bit sub par
