Room service was non existent, I called twice for room service and they took my orders but the food never came.

We had a great experience with Jewel Paradise Cove. The entire staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return in the future!

Fabulous resort! Valentine's Day celebrations, meal on the boardwalk, and entertainment were very well done. Loved the restaurant choices -- tapanyaki was especially yummy! We enjoyed sailing daily with Janoie, who was definitely master of his craft! We even had a couples massage, and I thank Tori for doing a wonderful job!

I’ve been to Jamaica over 125 nights and stayed at many places. This little gem of a resort is our favorite. The people at this resort are the best of the best. Friendly, welcoming, inviting, fun, and accommodating. Where do I start? The entertainment staff is great! Always some sort of beach/pool games going throughout the day. Great evening entertainment. We had a bonfire on the beach. Bartenders are always friendly. Don’t forget to visit Janice. Watersports people are chatty and friendly. The restaurant staff go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Great place! Come and bring friends, you won’t regret it.

This was my second trip to Jamaica and my husband's first. You made it a very special trip, especially with the extra effort putting together such a wonderful Super Bowl party. My team won, so it was even better. The staff were all so friendly and tended to our needs even when we didn't know we needed anything. We will definitely come again.

Issues with check in. After everything got straightened out we were happy with our stay. Spa was great. Food was delicious. Pools were cloudy. Beaches were great. Water activities readily available. Staff was very friendly. Felt very safe.
