No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

The pools were wonderful. The beach options were not wonderful. The beach closest to the luxury side were not really useable to go into the water. The one beach where you could use the water (ocean), was a good 20 minute walk from the luxury side. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff, nice room with a great balcony. All inclusive had no limitations (even room service!) Pools were wonderful although the pool bar at our end was kind of dirty, I blame the partiers for that! Lots of entertainment day and night. Shows at night were amazing! Also, great options for entertainment, low key live music near the lobby, party near the pool bar, nightime shows were all ages and varied from drummers to dancers to a Bob Marley cover band, there was a magician one night that we did not go to but was probably great too! Beach was clean and not crowded at all, we had it all to ourselves a couple of times. Highly recommend! The only thing I could say bad about it is that it is an hour ride there from the airport, and after a long flight I wish it was closer, but obviously that was a choice we made!

Pool closed at 6, that was to early.
Older guests 50 , not recommended for the younger people under 40.

What an amazing holiday The room was lovely Entertainment was brilliant big shout out to Tom cruise kateland and all the other Entertainment crew Housekeeping staff were lovely our house keeper was yvette What a truly lovely person she was The food is typical buffet I am very busy but still managed to eat everyday The paridizo restaurant was lovely big shout out to the lady that served us unfortunately didn't get her name but she is definitely a character I don't understand all the bad reviews we had a brilliant time and will be returning next year One love Yeah man

On first glance nice. Workers need better training. Elevators are not working. Food is average at best . Constantly get called from costumer service asking if everything is OK. One time at 7 am in the morning. In the buffet restaurant the air condition was shut off for lunch asking at the reception where I can have lunch in an air-conditioned environment I was told to eat at the other buffet. I booked adults only and they just want to send me to the buffet with all the families? Defends the purpose ? How about switching the air condition on ? Going on a tour I asked for a small bottle of water at the bar I was told I had to buy this in the gift shop. How about scratching the luxury part out of the name and calling it just adults only bahia principe? That would fit by far better . This was no luxury experience at all. Except the price of course. It's like buying a nice bottle of wine and finding out it's vinegar in the bottle. Go to Sandles if you want Luxury.

I have to say Monique at Guest services was exceptional. From my arrival she made sure I had everything I needed. She made a not of the things missing from my room and she always checked in throughout my stay. The serving staff at the Luxury Jasmin restaurant are all warm and inviting. It would be nice for them to have fans while cooking in all that heat. Lived my stay.
