The hotel is huge but don't waste your money on ocean front room. We were given a room at the farthest end of the hotel overlooking dilapidated houses and a mud pit for a beach. As a disabled person, I specifically requested a room toward the center of the hotel to avoid walking long distances to the amenities. We were denied a change until we screamed loud enough that they gave us a sea view room which was $300 less for the week but they gave us no refund and made us sign a waiver of the refund or they would not change our room. To top it off, the electric went off for the hotel one night and half the elevators did not work. They also did not maintain the pool decks as I ended up slipping on slimy soapy tile and fell flat on my face and elbow. I was helped up by some nice guests but I thing I broke my elbow and have a concussion which I will get treated now that I am home. As for service, the buffet servers totally ignore you but the ala carte restaurants had the best servers who were attentive and funny especially the Picasso and Dolca Vita. There are no swimming beaches except for one clear on the other side of the hotel but many lounge chairs were reserved for Privilege Members what ever they are. Hotel was clean as were the rooms and landscaping. Your experience will depend on your room location. Ours was bad until they changed our room.
