No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

We had a great time at your resort in Jamaica. We liked the Adults ONLY Luxury side where we stayed. Briana in guest services was absolutely wonderful. She made us have a great experience.

I had booked an ocean view King. Upon arrival, was told that the hotel did not have this room available. Never mind not being prepared- it was not available. And that I could move from the double bed room they placed me in, to the king bed room the following day. Thus, the check in process basically took two days and interfered with my time at the resort. I would not recommend this resort to anyone for that reason. I deserve to get the room I booked upon arrival and not have to spend 2/3 days of my short trip moving around my luggage. It was unacceptable.

The resort is massive, The adult side is nice, but the beaches are a little shallow and small, service was nice but a little pushy. We had a "customer experience" personal enter our room while we were inside. They would knock on the door every evening. Food selection was good, Jamaican food was good but everything was just OK.

The people are amazing. We stayed on the Luxury side and the entertainment staff was fabulous, so much energy and fun. Food was good, lots of options to choose from. There was some issue with the AC in our building as well as elevator problems but that certainly didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. The rooms were large and lovely although a little wear and tear but nothing bad for sure. Loved everything about our stay.

This hotel needs a total renovation. It’s very dated. The halls and enclosed areas, like the restaurants and rooms had a weird mildew smell. There were no vents in the bathrooms. We had a group with 5 rooms and all the rooms were inconsistent, even-though we all booked the same room type. Our balcony had no handle on the outside of the door. We had to push the glass to get back in. Some rooms had a drying rack on balcony, some did not. Some rooms had a door that enclosed the toilet, some did not. Our refrigerator in the room was leaking the whole time. We let the front desk know and we never heard back from them. We honestly forgot about it until the day we were checking out. One room shower door didn’t close causing water to leak onto the floor every time some one showered. One room the ac was not working, but that was resolved. The food was not good at all. Jamaicas national dish is ackee and salt fish. It was not served at all the 5 days we were there. That was very disappointing. There were not many options of Jamaican food either..The quality of the food was not great and inconsistent. There was no sit down breakfast options, only the buffet. I do not like buffets and it was disappointing this was the only option for breakfast. The restaurants were always booked. We were told we could eat at the restaurants on the grand side, but there were never any reservations available. The good about this hotel was the customer service of the staff. Every staff member was superb. Also the entertainment and entertainment personal was great and they made sure everyone was having a good time. The pools were nice and spacious. Never felt crowded. There were pools that were quiet to relax and pools with the party going. The common areas were always clean. The nice beach was on the grand side and it was very far. But they do provide shuttles to get to the other side. Overall I would not stay at this resort again nor recommend it to anyone. If this resort has a complete total renovation, maybe I would consider visiting again. I would just be prepared to eat outside the resort.
