Woodlakes Park by LIV Retreats

Has the most relaxing weekend here at woodlakes, food was delicious from jacks restaurant! They deliver to your cabin or you can eat at the restaurant. Lodge was massive,with a hot tub and the Views from our cabin were beautiful what more could you want! Definitely recommend! We will be back 🥰

Just stayed at a lodge here that I found on Facebook, it was lovely. Very relaxing and lodge was fantastic with a lovely view of the lake. Only criticism was couldn’t get onto the WiFi and didn’t want to get picky and ask so had to use data - which couldn’t use inside lodge itself Would recommend park - lodge was clean and tidy apart from outdoor furniture which could do with replacing / cleaning We watched the Northern Lights in the hot tub which was a magical experience

Myself and my husband went for a four night break for my birthday and plan to return. We did have a couple of issues on arrival but they were dealt with stray away. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, couldn't give them enough praise. The site is lovely, we really relaxed. There are some lovely walks around the lakes and Enchanted Forest. The restaurants on site, especially Pan Asia serve excellent food. Unfortunately the Kitchen was closed. The site are building new lodges and are making other improvements so can not wait to see the improvements.

We stayed in a lakeside lodge. Steps up to lodge need to be disabled friendly. My parents struggled to get up the steps. No rail to grab hold of. Lodge needs some updating. Door was warped so breeze coming in top and bottom. Heater in lounge broken temporary heaters provided. Towel rail broken but was replaced on 2nd day. Dining Table collapsed, even though I was told it had been mended. Was mended within an hour. Hot tub needs privacy. Only metal rails. Apart from that a lovely week away for my mums 83rd birthday

Disappointing customer service! We didn't even get to stay! After 4 phone calls and told our enquiry had been treated as urgent on all 4 occasions we were left waiting 36 hours to even know if there was availability for us! Still waiting for that call!!!

Just got back from Liv Retreat Kings Lynn Norfolk….WOW! We booked 2 nights stay here and what a beautiful place to stay. Our lodge was Ash 27 we added the birthday bundle to our order for my daughter’s 18th which was extra special for her, balloons, banner, birthday cake and a box of chocolates too! Our lodge was spotless and so cozy. Outside was amazing, hot tube 40 degrees was amazing and the “bar” my daughter was blown away, huge tv was such a treat, she was so happy and it just made her birthday extra special. We went for a walk to the enchanted forest to see the animals, which was beautiful too. The fishing lakes are so well kept and the gardens too the other half caught carp, bream and tench! The whole retreat is kept so lovely and clean. We ate from Jacks restaurant we got a take away and collected it, the place was packed with customers so definitely book if you go. The food we got was delicious from here. I can not wait to go back to this place when our summer finally arrives, also reception staff were so helpful and friendly too! Highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

At the end of February we booked a 4 bedroom, 75m sq Spruce cabin for 5 of us through *******, for May. On 3rd April I received an email telling me they were sorry, but that a glitch in *******'s systems meant that the particular cabin we had booked was in fact double booked. We were offered an upgrade to an Oasis Lodge. I was urged to accept that same day, despite the email arriving at 4:30pm. A quick check of their own website revealed that the Oasis Lodge is literally less than half the size of the cabin we had booked. When I pointed this out, I was told again that it was an upgrade, because despite being less than half the size, and with not enough bedrooms for our party (there is a sofa bed in the tiny lounge area), it's newer, and therefore an "upgrade". I was offered less than 15% off the original booking price for a property less than half the size, and was still being told that was an upgrade. I was again urged to accept quickly, as the Oasis Lodges book out quickly. I cancelled. Booking issues happen, but be honest, and do not lie to your customers. It makes them wonder just what other dishonesties you would stoop to. I would never stay here and would urge others to look elsewhere.

Easter break with the familiy Could be a lovely resort but nothing there except lodges and 2 resturants Petting farm is a emu and 3 lamas but alarms go off if u get any way close so only viewed from a distance Lodge was nice but was missing so many utensils had to contact reception which tbf they acted promptly and dropped them all off Bit disappointed We had to drive out as nothing on the site....

Beautiful spot, Gorgeous well equipped,warm, spacious lodge, we had a hot tub on the lakeside with outdoor shower which was fantastic, huge veranda to sit on with Beautiful views. As we walked around the grounds there was so many different types of accommodation with spacious domes, saunas, outside baths, bars. We ate at the on site restaurants, which were amazing. Looking forward to going back as the weather gets warmer.
