The hotel is very nice, spacious and clean. It took ten minutes to take a taxi to the airport. I left too early and there was no shuttle bus to help me book a taxi.

Rooms are very tired therefore not super clean. Restaurant is close Friday thru Sunday. Bar drink pretty bad and the most horrible burger EVER aka take ground beef cook it like a goulash then form it in to a patty then add cheese and call it Le Burger…
Also very hard bed!!!

Nous y sommes restés que quelques heures le temps d'une courte nuit ! La chambre est dans le pur style Mercure, propre mais la TV ne fonctionnait pas, boîte de kleenex vide, le dispenser de gel douche était bloqué impossible de se laver. Heureusement que mon épouse était prévoyante. J'ai signalé ces dysfonctionnements lors du C/O mais la personne à la réception était restée de marbre sans aucune réaction juste encaisser l'extra sans nous saluer à peine lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôtel. Nous ne voyageons quasiment que dans les hôtels du groupe ACCOR que ce soit en France ou à l'étranger. Cette expérience nous a fortement déçu ! ☹️

Une équipe commerciale au top , réactive, attentive, pro et chaleureuse. Un séminaire au déroulé aisé et facilité. Des espaces qui correspondent aux besoins d'une entreprise de 200 collabs. Malgré nos quelques allers-retours des retours toujours positifs. A bientôt !

Un accueil décevant pour un membre platinium. Certes, la personne au desk était en formation mais sa tutrice ne l'a pas aidée. Trés hautaine et ne sachant même mas renseigné son client sur une demande particuliére. N'expliquant rien à sa collégue en formation... Manque d'explication sur le surclassement, boissons d'accueil, services de l'hôtel. Ayant l'habitude de descendre dans cet hôtel, une réelle déception sur le desk. Pour le reste, rien à dire, tout est ok
