The hotel services wasn't that bad....the only problem was the lift was not working we had to take the long stairs and the key card decline from entering the room twice

The room has a saucepan mark on the carpet, broken door hinge, shower water leaks over half of the bathroom......
The worst worst thing is, when I checked in at 11 pm., a tall black man asked me to pay 120€. I replied NO, then he said the room is not free. I was so angry andI insisted that I had paid. Eventually, he knew he was wrong.
The black lady in the morning is polite and helpful.
I would say I won't come to Paris again.
