This is not a good hotel - the owners are clearly trying to improve things but it was a building site and didn't smell great - our door didn't close properly and we were kept awake by with lots going on on the upper level

This place is currently upgrading which looks like it’s been trying to upgrade for over a year, the smell of **** throughout and a terrible unsafe feeling when walking through the hallways, lobby and parking. Find somewhere else to stay!!!

We were in the US for 2-3 weeks and stayed in a few budget hotels and this was the worst. A very strange hotel, totally run down communal areas, people hanging about. We booked the room for 5 people but when we checked in we were told they dont do that, and the room is only for 4 (basically tough luck when its 10pm and there is 5 of us. Thankfully one of the workmen hanging about caught up with us after check in and say ignore the receptionist and bought us a brand new fold out bed complete with bedding. The room looked like it had been partially updated but looking beyond the more recent furniture it was desperately run down. I don't normally leave reviews but the reason I did for this one is reading the other reviews. Some are clearly fake/AI reviews giving it 5 stars. We didn't stay for breakfast!!

This hotel is really rough, smells like smoke throughout, dirty and poorly cared for. Dirty sheets, and broken shower curtain rod. Some girl was killed here previously, not surprised this location had that happen.

Life is stressful enough with personal and professional obligations. The last thing I need is to worry about the stresses of my living accomodations. For me, the Days Inn Runnemede offers a cozy hideaway from daily stresses. As a business traveler who works from home, I rely on the comfort and convenience of the Days Inn Runnemede. My room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi works very well allowing me to complete time-sensitive research projects. In addition, the Days Inn is conveniently located to both CVS and Wawa. Further, the Days Inn Runnemede is reasonably priced. Finally, I feel that what sets the Days Inn Runnemede apart from other hotels is that the staff is stellar in addressing guest concerns. Even though it is a small hotel currently undergoing renovations, the staff is always available to assist guests with whatever they need. I appreciate the courtesy extended to me by both the front desk and housekeeping staff. I give the Days Inn Runnemede my highest recommendation.

The door jambs were broken both on the main room door and the door that connects to the next room. Very clearly had been broken into before and not repaired. Didn’t expect a 5 star resort, but expected reasonable sense of safety for that price point. Do not recommend staying at this hotel when there are far better in the area.

The hotel was in disrepair and not clean. We requested a non-smoking room and could still smell cigarette smoke. Our room also had a very musty smell. The shower door did not shut all of the way. The smoke alarm was disconnected and hanging down from the ceiling. The floor was bowed, and we tripped on it more than once. We were not aware there was no elevator and had to take the stairs to our room. The window at the top of the stairs was open, presumably to get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was a huge disappoin**ent - they had stale cereal, coffee (only regular- no decaf) and some cinnamon raisin bread. The worker at the desk lit a cigarette and was smoking in the lobby before she went outside.
