There was no hot water on the first day of my stay. I asked the front desk and she said that it would be repaired in a few hours. Then I booked it for the second day, but there was still no hot water the next day. I looked at the comment section and found out that they had no heating and hot water a month ago. I don’t know how they got a 4.5 rating. It’s mainly deception and perfunctory.
