房間比較老舊。在學校裏有操場可以跑步。距海邊200米就到。是專門為i旅遊景點開設的新區，周圍3月份不是旺季，找不到吃的店。還好店內還能吃點家常菜

位置很好，在大拇指廣場對面，房間很大，乾淨衞生，美中不足的是淋浴流水不暢，衞生間地面到處都是水，早餐一般，第一天有青菜，第二天衹有鹹菜了，在銀灘這個地方沒有太高期望值，體驗一般般吧

先後住了3次，第一次還有空調製暖，第三次當時氣温已經比較低了，但賓館説因為開了市政暖氣，領導讓把空調製暖關閉了。不過市政供暖房間還是有些冷。
第三次住的房間，洗手間馬桶容易漏水，應該是浮漂壞了，住宿期間跑了好幾次去調節漏水。
前台客服的態度還挺好的。

房間隔音很差，設施比較陳舊，早歺也過於簡單。相對房間設施等等條件來説，房價太高，不值！離海邊還是挺近的。
