Worse hotel ever, will never book again, if I had to give 0 stars I would. The worst experience ever in my life, rude staff, rude reception on the phone, provide false promises and never stick to their words

Dirty full of bugs only thing was that it was close to the airport but 8 silverfish in the bathtub and small cockroaches

Because it's close to the airport, I booked it first. I just don't know why when I checked in, I asked if I needed to call a taxi when I wanted to go to the airport. The price mentioned was different from that of the day?

Lovely countryside surroundings, comfy beds, good bathroom. But not catered for children, no cooked breakfast option available, no close shops around.

The room was big, doors seemed a bit raised off the floor, i recall noticing it being quite a noticeable gap. The bath and facilities were good in a quiet county area, with safe parking an I'm sure there must be some nice walks in the area.

Beautiful surrounding. The room was lovely and warm with a fridge, microwave, Kettle and TV. The bed was comfy and overall it was a pleasant stay. It would be definately a place I would reconsider if I fly from Gatwick again.

A taxi from Gatwick airport will cost £22!
Because of greedy airport owners owners charge taxis £5 fee. This makes room rate Not so cheap. Unless you take the bus via Crawley to main road stop £2.
No main road signage to guide you to hotel in dark & terrible road in. Nice family run it & room very warm! Spacious & comfortable ok location if driving. Tip taxi back to airport can drop you off at bus stop outside south terminal saves the £5 if driver agrees!
