I THOUGHT THE HOTEL WAS EASY TO GET TO JUST OFF THE INTERSTATE 40 (EXIT 83). THE LADY CLERK WAS FRIENDLY AND SHE CHECKED ME IN EARLY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COOL WITH THE A/C WAS ALREADY ON. THE BREAKFAST WAS WARM AND GOOD. AT CHECKOUT THE GENTLEMAN WAS NICE. I ENJOYED THE QUIETNESS IN THE LATE EVENING AND DURING THE NIGHT. A GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. But the floor was filthy, my white socks were black by the end of my overnight stay. The fabric chair was filthy & really in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. In addition, the bathroom door had been clearly bashed in, but it didn't impact the use of the door, just looked bad. The shower was difficult to adjust the temperature with a wonky handle. Lastly, the AC unit was not working right and was making a horrific noise and we could not keep it on or we would not sleep. We had to choose between hot and quiet, or loud and cool. The desk clerk girl was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. I would stay again, but bring slippers.

Breakfast was blah... no fresh fruit, off brand juices, flimsy eatery. Overall I've seen better breakfasts at cheap fast food places.
Check in was easy, friendly.
Checkout was easy, but our late checkout was not communicated and the housekeeping walked in on us while sleeping without pajamas :-0
Tried to call front desk, no answer. Then moments later front desk called and said no late check out, they could not justify keeping housekeeping just for our checkout (woman, which I believe was the manager, was very harsh in her delivery).
As we returned the little credit card key thing it appeared as the manager was fighting (verbally) with a couple which appeared to be guests.
We apologized for our tardiness of check out, she intern apologized for her situation and tone.
