I have communicated with Ctrip customer service, booked the wrong hotel, and asked Ctrip customer service to discuss refund with the hotel. I have already explained that the reason is that the hotel name is the same, the address is wrong, and no refund will be given. Do you think this is not the overlord clause? A friendly reminder to everyone: Don’t book the wrong hotel when you are out.

I asked for room on a ground floor, and the lady owner asked me to pay $7 (which is ridiculous to ask for $7). It was a triple room on the ground floor, but if there were three people, then there's no place to keep their own luggage. I wouldn't recommend this motel for three people in the triple room. The room is clean, and they do provide airport transfers. We didn't use it.

Friendly and helpful owner. Absolutely great breakfast. Perfect airport shuttle. Room is big enough and enough space for the luggage Bathroom huge, able to dance under the shower. Enough towels, small and huge ones. Small kitchen, but big enough to used when you’re stay longer

Had a great stay at Airways Motel. The unit was really comfortable, had everything we needed. More importantly Jeff was a great host and went out of his way to help with trips to the airport, maps and last minute changes. Great place. Super location.

We booked last minute, had a couple of changes after the booking and nothing was a problem...Jeff even waited up for us to arrive This place was exactly what we needed, comfy beds, spacious and immaculate rooms, and ease of booking. We felt welcomed and looked after and it was the perfect place for our rest stop on our long car journey home
