The staff are very friendly, helpful and wonderful people. But here it is problematic in terms of comfort. During the shower, water overflowed outside the shower cabin. The toilet seat came off. If we turn the stove on, it's too hot, if we don't turn it on, it's ice cold. The heaters are insufficient. The ideas are very good, but there is a problem in the operation.
