Odalar çok konforlu, yiyecekler inanılmaz lezzetli, spa olanakları çok geniş ve iyiydi. Ekip de şahane, güler yüzlü, hizmet kalitesi çok yüksekti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Otelden genel anlamda çok memnun kaldım yine yeniden….Resepsiyon, misafir ilişkileri, mutfak ve servis ekibinin yakın ilgisi ve güleryüzlülüğü, her şeyi daha güzel yapıyor. Spa da çok iyi… Konum zaten eşsiz… Kısacası harika bir tatil diyebilirim…

Hem odalar hem de tesis mükemmeldi, her şey tertemiz ve son derece rahat. Tüm personel güler yüzle ilgilendi. Spa alanları da hijyenik, masaj personeli de işinde çok çok iyiydi. Yemekleri de lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Çok memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederiz.

I had a great time with my friends this weekend and enjoyed the SPA facilities. The massage and turkish hamam bath was top. I am looking forward to visit the hotel, as they have great staff, amazing food service and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Sapanca Lake’s view completed the atmosphere in there. Is a perfect place to spend time with your friends 🙏🏻 Thank you

İstanbul'a yakın olması, yetişkin oteli olması,bahçenin, odaların, ıslak alanın, restoranların kalitesi ve temizliği gerçekten üst seviyede. Çalışanların kibarlığı , profesyonelliği sizi rahat ettirmek için gösterdikleri çaba Harika.Özellikle müşteri temsilcisi Firuze hanım her anlamda çok nazik ve yardımcıydı. Spa'daki hizmet, sakinlik gerçekten harika bir haftasonu geçirmemizi sağladı. Çok teşekkürler.

Gerçekten bir yetişkin otelinde ne arıyorsanız daha fazlası var, özel ilgileri mi dersin güleryüzleri mi. Mükemmel hizmet ve mükemmel yemek diyorum. En üst katta bilardo oynadık tamamen ücretsz mesela. Spa kısmı komple bir başlı başına tesis. Orayı da kullandık ve üstüne masaj aldık, şu zqmana kadar onca otelde masaj yaptırmışızdır en iyisi burası derim. Bir kere her şey deneyim kültüründe. Türk kahvesi şu an her yerde 100₺ yken, burda özel suyun içinde damla sakızıyla geliyor. En çok bunu dikkatim çekti. Ayrıca benim doğum günümü farketmişler ve odaya ücretsiz şarap ve pasta sürpriziyle de karşılaştım♥️ artık hep geleceğiz gibi görünüyor. Tavsiye yazmam normalde ama burası başka bir seviye🫶🏻
