Very happy with our stay :)

We stayed here as a cheaper option when visiting NY. Bus operates regularly and stops right in front of the hotel. Reception offered us a timetable. $9 US for a day return to downtown NY and journey only 30 minutes. Another day we got the bus to the huge American Dream complex which is a mall anc amusement park. Bus was $2 US and took 10 minutes. Rooms themselves a bit tired and dated, Lighting poor and stains on carpet and chair. No outlook except carpark or road. Beds comfortable and inclusive breakfast good selection and generous. Guest laundry great and affordable. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly and special mention to Jordan. Granted us a free late check out which was appreciated. If you want a cheap easy alternative to the rip off that New York is then stay here.

This was the perfect stay! The front desk workers were really helpful and friendly. Luis A. Was the main guy that took care of me and my guest. He was very helpful with extending my stay for an additional night.

We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. After a long flight from the UK we arrived to check in and were greeted by very friendly reception staff who asked us all about our trip, where we were travelling to etc, so we explained we were at the start of a roadtrip. We asked if our room rate included breakfast, it didn't, but the very helpful Nate said he wanted our trip to get off to a good start and gave us a voucher for breakfast. Was a lovely gesture, very welcome and the next morning it set us up for the day - thanks Nate! The hotel itself was fine, the room perfectly adequate. Our only issue was the family across the corridor. I think there had been a problem with their room so they were in the hallway making such an amount of noise which carried on inside the room. I believe several complaints were made as it was as though there was a party going on. Security came up a couple of times and it eventually quietened down. Just not what we needed at 11pm onwards after a long flight, nor I'm sure did anyone else.

On Saturday night, there is no suitable hotel in Manhattan. The store was found 15 hours before the check-in. There is breakfast, the price is right, and it takes 45 minutes by bus to Manhattan. I didn't expect that although New Jersey was separated from New York by a river, it was a lot of nights. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the bus was quiet, and people regretted it. Fortunately, only 5/6 minutes walk, I saw the LOGO shining, and my heart settled down. The room is quite big, 40 pings should be there, the facilities are good, there are new Samsung standards in China, and breakfast is included. The price is a little more than a third of the Manhattan area. The 1200 tax is very good. Quiet and noisy at night, hot water. After breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, I rushed to Manhattan. The navigation was a little episode. The 129/190 bus stop was not very easy to find. In short, I found it and arrived at the public station in 15 minutes.

Hotel was amazing, the front desk workers and managers were very nice! They gave us wonderful advice and directions around the city! Hotel is located in a very convenient spot every is walking distance.

Comfortable beds and pool was open (rare these days!) but staff need to pay closer attention to rooms and amenities - broken gym equipment, ripped towels, previous guests’ clothes overlooked and left in room, etc. Several different instances of negligence, which negatively impacted our stay.
