The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Covington has a nice historic downtown. Highly recommend visiting it if you have time.

環境還行，免費停車，周邊有沃爾瑪、t_mobile ，AT&T,。服務員熱情禮貌。住了兩天，如果不通知打掃衞生，他們就不打掃。缺點是，跟其他美國酒店一樣，沒有拖鞋和洗漱用品。

You might want to wait a while before you stay here. This hotel is not up to Hampton Inn standards. The shower did not have any hot water. Apparently the staff knows of this problem. They "have a part on order". However, it hasn't arrived yet. In addition, the sink in our bathroom leaked. When I notified the staff about this problem they were very apologetic. In addition they gave me 1000 points (which is equal to around $2.00 in cash). This does not even come close to dealing with a cold shower. It seems more like a slap in the face. I do not pay this much money for hotel with a cold shower! This hotel is also showing some signs of wear. As a result, it is going to be getting some remodeling in the coming year. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. You may want to try one of those.

Was originally booked into a room that smelled like vomit and wet carpet on the second floor. Asked for another room, was given 321. This room had a very loud refrigerator. Overall, breakfast was great, service and staff were friendly and helpful. Beware of booking on line: as a Hilton Honor member, I expected the same room rate per night. There weekday rate varies. So for more than 18$, two separate room rates charged to CC. Non refundable, non negotiable. Read the small print and rates charged.

Stay was mediocre. Lack of cleanliness there was left over food in the room. I cannot express the absolute lack of customer service given from the front desk person, Charlie. When issue was brought to him, and I asked for the general/sales manager. He refused to escalate the issue stating that “it wasn’t his problem” and laughed about the situation. Absolutely unprofessional, and would not stay here further.

My family and I visited Hampton Inn, Covington the week of 1/30/24 and I gotta say, Daniel at the front desk was so accommodating to us. My 2 month old is going through something called the "Witching Hour" where he cries until the early hours of the night. Daniel allowed us to use the conference room on the ground floor so that his screaming wouldn't be heard from other guests. Without Daniel's help, it could have been a most unpleasant vacation for not just us, but other guests who wanted a quiet night. You're truly a lifesaver, and made the trip so much better. We hope to visit again!

Great accommodations, very comfortable, every area of this hotel was clean & spotless. Super quick check in & check out at the front desk. Nice variety of choices for breakfast. Rooms were quiet and the outside area was well-lit. I would definitely stay at this site again & recommend it to any travelers visiting the area. It's right off the interstate. Easy on & easy off

Who knew Covington GA was such a quaint, charming town?! This Hampton Inn here is just as lovely. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. You can always count on comfortable beds & pillows in Hampton Inns. These rooms were clean, tidy and location was great for visiting the downtown areas. Can’t go wrong here!!!

All around a very nice place to stay. Restaurants are nearby as well as place to get gas early in the morning. The room was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was just ok nothing special but it was edible. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
