The Rye Motor Inn completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with the kind of taste that makes you wonder why every hotel isn’t doing it like this. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel easy, peaceful, and safe. The location was perfect too, close enough to explore but quiet enough to actually relax. I left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend.

Adorable and amazing location
The room was so cute - love the decor and feel of the room! Very well appointed to make it comfortable and make you feel cared for. Location is amazing - the ocean is steps away. Hearing the waves was lovely!

This place is amazing! I came for only one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay as the rooms provide many more amenities than a traditional hotel room. The property is extremely clean, quiet and so retro cool maintaining a lot of the original 1950’s vintage feel of the original motel.

First of all, Joelle is the best. Felt very taken care of by her. 10/10 customer service. The hotel itself is super cute; the pool is LOVELY. No complaints at all. The only thing to note is: If you think you and your partner can share a Queen size bed (and you typically don't), you might want to reconsider that. If we stay here again, we will definitely be picking a bigger bed LOL.

Great Adults-Only Hotel in New England!
Loved this quaint adults-only hotel. Location was great! Room was very clean, property was well kept, pool area was top notch, service was great, staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication. Clean! Only disappointment was the beach across the street was in inhabitable with bugs but pretty to look at from top of rocks. It was my misunderstanding of the lay of the land, not the fault of the motel description
