The hotel is nicely situated in the center of Old Town . The hotel itself is clean, staff is kind and efficient. The breakfast is delicious I recommend it immensely. Check in was swift and accommodating. I would only recommend placing wine openers in the rooms. Front desk was kind enough to get one upon aasking. I would recommend Bristol and would gladly stay again.

This is a well located hotel with large rooms, but definitely not what one would consider a five stat hotel. From the moment you pull up and there is no bellman to great you, and you have to lug your luggage up a weird little ramp, you are aware this is not a luxurious or high end hotel. The room was large, the king bed was OK but was two beds pushed together under a single sheet. The bathroom is when you first enter, and the sink was basically in the bedroom. There was a private area for the toilet, but the shower had no door and water got into the rest of the bathroom The breakfast buffet was good, and there were enough servers there. However, I did not find the rest of the staff welcoming or helpful. This hotel has a wonderful location on the square, and I would stay there again if in the area. just do not expect a 5 star experience and you will be fine.

Not worth the money for the service you get. My room was under the gym and I experienced thumping and vibrations from my ceiling and headboard from 6 am or earlier.
The shower handle fell off during my shower and the water pressure was much too low. The room smelt of sewage when the shower was dry after a day at work, so did the parking garage and lobby in the mornings. The bed was also sprayed with a lemon spray everyday that was quite unpleasant.
This hotel truly has a lot to work on in regards to the important and simple details. They offered me free parking and 30% of future visits for the noise in mornings… (I had the junior suite and was on a work trip).

First impression: The location of the hotel is very good, I also like modern design. Check in (as well as check out) process was very smooth and efficient and took max 3min. The only thing that surprised me: there were no ppl helping with luggage at the entrance, which for me first sign of 5star hotel. The room is very clean and cozy. The lighting system though needs some improvement - you can’t switch on one light if master light is off, so you need to switch on everything and then switch off those that you don’t need - at least how it worked for me. There is not enough light in the bathroom, so I had to use a mirror in the bedroom. The design of the shower room is very creative, but water is going everywhere from under the shower tub. Scales unfortunately didn’t work and there were no cotton pads in the bathroom - not a big thing though. At the breakfast area no one met me or said anything until I found the staff, no one asked me about what I want to drink or brought me to the table. When I asked to bring me fork (there was only a knife at my table), the lady just pointed out where I could take it. The food looked a bit not fresh - I guess because there were not a lot of ppl at the hotel. Some of chairs need to be cleaned too. As a conclusion - if you don’t go on details, the hotel is ok. If you want to stay in a 5 star hotel - definitely this is not place to go.

Pros: * great location right in centre within walking distance to many attractions * nice clean rooms * good breakfast, buffet and cooked options available * nice hotel restaurant * good size gym Cons: * unable to get English speaking TV changes, also cannot get onto You Tube and Netflix via TV * unable to control room aircon * bath soap…I am not sure what it is but it’s not a soap🤷♀️ If you are a light sleeper it might be better to choose rooms not facing Market Square as it can be a bit loud at times.
