Night staff was not receptive but morning staff are very good and kind to me. Ok but expensive for one night. It's the only hotel near the airport.

Very friendly staff, modern, large, clean room, bathroom very large, everything available. Located right at the airport, yet quiet. Again any time.

Hotel is overpriced for services. If you arrive late, there is no food. It is across the street from the airport but no direct way to cross street to airport. You must walk all the way around. Although there is no reason to stay at this hotel except to be close to the airport, they unbelievably do not have shuttle service to the airport on Saturday!!! Do they not think guests fly on Saturdays? At 8:30, the breakfast buffet was already out of some foods. The staff is very nice so I blame management for not preparing properly. I have stayed here several times for convenience only. But the lack of service makes one understand that this hotel is ready to take too much money without providing basic amenities. Again, staff very nice and the hotel is clean. But overpriced for service.

I have to admit as an American business traveler loyal to other rewards programs, Holiday Inn’s are not my first choice. I would be totally wrong to not consider this place and choose it for all future stays in the area. Top notch check in and service despite the very late hour I arrived. Super clean facilities and room. VERY friendly, helpful and courteous staff anticipated my needs and quickly offered help. Hats off to this hotel team.

Stayed a quick night at this establishment. The check in was quick and the staff were friendly enough. There hotel is literally across the street from the Regional airport. There is paid parking on site. I don't recall the cost being that expensive. The room was nice and was very big, was surprised at the size of the room. My room had a decent view overlooking the airport. WIFI was good Breakfast was sufficient, nothing great, nothing bad. Bathroom was on the smaller side given the size of the room. They recognized the IHG loyalty program and left a "goody" bag in my room. Overall, I would stay here again for short stays.

Brand new finishes, fixtures, furniture. Good room size, good view. Great price, steps to the airport. One of the top airport hotels I stayed in so far.
The only one think to improve: build a crosswalk in front of the hotel entrance and a straight sidewalk to the airport, instead of walking around the grass and airport parking to get to the airport door. 200m straight walk instead of 500m around. Minor inconvenience given that there is a shuttle bus that can take you to the airport in 2 minutes.
