positive: very beautiful sea view, large studio
negative: apart-hotel without elevator, work in the hotel during the stay (noise of drill), unsuitable equipment (example: bathtub without suitable cap to retain the water!, hot water tank of 75 L insufficient to take a bath!, connected TV but insufficient wifi! therefore impossible to watch, TV too low compared to the bed canopy.

This accommodation does not reflect the website which shows high quality refurbishment. It is more a hostel than a hotel and the worst place I’ve ever stayed in many years of travel. Pros Sea views Location Cons Made to feel unwelcome on arrival Extremely rude and abrupt blonde haired cleaner/receptionist Hole in wall from door Tatty towel over light Towels provided are old, thin, hard and bleach stained Wardrobe badly painted Loose handles No drawers/little storage Fridge with plug which doesn’t reach the socket Kettle and glasses provided-no cups Poor quality and mismatched bedding Lumpy pillow Dirty toilet brush Shower head needs replacing No cleaning during our 4 night visit Difficult to find available staff Poor lighting on stairs Broken mirror in stairway

We were there this weekend and it was a very good experience. The staff is super friendly and attentive to anything you may need. Very spacious room, huge bathroom with shower and bathtub, small kitchen with covered dishes, refrigerator and microwave, but the best: the spectacular views! We will not forget the sunrise we saw from the room

I feel a little sorry that I book a hotel in Spain and the staff themselves don't speak Spanish. It is not a criticism of the staff but rather of how things are done on the island

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. It was perfect, very clean and quiet. The view of the sea is superb. The air conditioning works very well. There was even a fridge to keep the water cold. Very friendly welcome. The perfect location on the Passeo with shops and restaurants. The beach is not great, we preferred the surrounding coves.

Overall positive rating: clean room and very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. It is right on the sea front, but there is no lift. The kettle and microwave in the room were excellent. Very small but clean bathroom.

Warm welcome, very clean and air-conditioned room. Quiet hotel. Hotel breakfast possible on the terrace of the bar next door with a splendid view! For the price nothing to say except go there with your eyes closed. Welcome in Spanish, English and French!

Everything is clean and comfortable ;) the welcome and availability of the service for late check-in^^
The bed, the terrace area with a small loggia equipped with table, top fridge, microwave and kettle..^^
There is a lovely festive a**osphere on the front! But who also respects bedtimes for the surrounding area ^^
* 👎 No private parking...
Please think about that! This complicates things. I had to drive around for an hour to find a car space in the evening! and finally being parked in a public car park higher up has:
